Today was a rough one. Good thing I had a restful long weekend!
After being called in early, I knew the only way I would make it through the extra hours was if I stopped by Starbucks. A Venti was the perfect way to start the day.
Once I got home, I decided to go for a 3 mile run and needed a dose of Poly's Yoga For Runnersto aid my tight hamstrings.
So far, I'm holding on strong with the yoga challenge.
I'm hoping to give the Yoga X DVD another go tomorrow morning.
